Data Deletion Instructions

Option 1: Remove Tacbaze from your social accounts

This stops Tacbaze from acting on your accounts straight away.

• Facebook and Instagram: Facebook Settings > Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites), find Tacbaze and choose Remove.
• YouTube and Google: Google Account > Security > Third-party access, find Tacbaze and choose Remove access.
• LinkedIn: LinkedIn Settings > Data privacy > Permitted services, find Tacbaze and choose Remove.
• Inside Tacbaze: on the Accounts page, disconnect the account. We delete its stored token at once.

Option 2: Delete your Tacbaze data

Email contact@tacbaze.com from the address you used to sign up, with the subject "Tacbaze data deletion request". Include the workspace name if you know it. We will:

• verify the request comes from the account holder (we may reply to confirm);
• delete your account, workspace content, contacts, posts, analytics and stored tokens;
• confirm to you by email once deletion is complete, within 30 days.

Nightly backups are kept for 14 days, after which the deleted data is gone from them too.

What we keep

We keep only what the law requires, such as billing and tax records for the period the law specifies. Payment card details are held by Razorpay, not by us.
