Terms of Service

Operated by PAR2LABS PRIVATE LIMITED, 3-68 Panchaythi Office Road, Kunchanpalle, Tadepalle, Guntur 522501, India. Effective 14 October 2026.

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Tacbaze you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Tacbaze for a company, you confirm that you can bind that company.

2. The service

Tacbaze lets your team plan, approve and publish posts, connect social media accounts that you control, and read their comments and analytics. Features depend on the platforms: each platform's own rules apply to what you post and do through Tacbaze.

3. Accounts and access

• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for everything done under your account.
• Connect only accounts you own or are authorised to manage. Team members see only the workspaces they have been invited to.
• You may disconnect any social account at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use Tacbaze to send spam, post unlawful, infringing, hateful or deceptive content, impersonate anyone, breach a platform's terms, or interfere with the service. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of your content. You give us the rights needed to store and transmit it to provide the service, and to send it to the platforms you choose.

6. Plans, payments and add-ons

• Paid plans are billed through Razorpay in Indian rupees, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Each plan includes one connected account per channel. Extra accounts are an add-on priced per account per month, and you can cancel them from the Accounts page. A cancelled add-on runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
• Prices are shown before you pay and may change for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice.
• Refunds follow the refund policy shown at checkout.

7. Platform dependencies

Tacbaze depends on Meta, Google and LinkedIn APIs. If a platform changes or restricts its API, a feature may stop working; we will tell you when that happens. We are not liable for changes made by those platforms.

Tacbaze uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel to Tacbaze, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy, and ours in our Privacy Policy. Each workspace can start a limited number of YouTube uploads in 24 hours (currently 2); posts over the limit wait and publish when a slot frees.

8. Availability

We work to keep the service available, but it is provided as is and may be interrupted for maintenance or failures. Keep your own copies of anything important.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss caused by a social platform.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting contact@tacbaze.com. We may suspend or end the service for breach of these terms.

11. Changes

We may change these terms. We will post the new terms on this page with a new effective date, and we will tell account owners by email for material changes. Continued use after the effective date means you accept them.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Guntur, Andhra Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
