A multi-tenant SaaS that runs a business's social media marketing and the customer relationships it creates: publishing to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and WhatsApp, ads, a blog and forums, one Social Inbox, a chatbot, a call center, leads and deals, and the analytics, funnels and segments that show what is working. Yes, and that is deliberate. You connect your own Facebook Pages, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and WhatsApp Business accounts, your own ad accounts, telephony provider (Exotel, Plivo or Twilio) and, if you want AI, your own AI key. Usage is billed to you by those platforms directly; no platform money passes through Tacbaze. Each connection switches on when you connect your account, and some platforms, such as Meta for ads, require their own approval first.

Tacbaze is AI-ready, with nothing connected by default. One AI Mode switch per workspace covers every AI feature. Connect an OpenAI-compatible, Anthropic or Ollama provider with your own key and the chatbot, AI caller and call insights use it; leave it off and no AI call is made anywhere, and the chatbot answers from its rules and your knowledge base. The AI features are part of the Elite plan.

Free has all of marketing and content (social publishing with the calendar and approvals, the blog, the WhatsApp hub, ads and forums) plus analytics and funnels. Pro adds the CRM: the Social Inbox and chatbot, leads and Lead 360, deals, customers, the call center for manual calls, and ML segments. Elite adds automation (workflows, approvals and reminders), the AI features (the AI caller and AI replies, on your own AI key), integrations and connectors, and advanced roles.

An account is one connected profile on a channel: one Instagram account, one Facebook Page, one WhatsApp number. Every plan includes one per channel. An app is one of your websites, web apps, mobile apps or stores. A user is a team member with a seat. The pricing page lists what each plan includes and what each extra costs.

Pay for twelve months up front and the price drops by about 20%: twelve times the monthly price, less a fifth, rounded to the nearest ₹100. Add-ons are discounted the same way.

Paid plans are billed in Indian rupees through Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking) and renew automatically until you cancel. Charges above ₹15,000 need your bank approval when paid by card, because of how India limits automatic debits; the pricing page explains the options.

Each workspace's data is kept in its own isolated tenant on Tessera DB, PAR2 LABS' own database, and every chart, map and funnel is drawn with Tessera Viz. Tokens and keys are encrypted at rest.
